El anfitrión fue siempre muy atento a resolver consultas y problemas. Es una muy buena opción de bajo costo. No tiene aire acondicionado, pero en verano no le llega directamente el sol, por lo que uno no sufre de calor.

The room and bathrooms were clean. It is ca. 10 minutes walk to the closest metro station (Johnstrasse, U3). They required 50 EUR deposit (blocked on the bank card) but they gave it back on the day of check-out.
There is only one bathroom with toilet for the whole ground floor, which means you have to wait long for your turn, esp. in the morning. There is no separate kitchen and the only sink is in the bathroom, which means that if it is occupied, you can't even take water to the kettle. There is another bathroom with a separate toilet upstairs but it serves the second floor and it didn't help much, esp. that the shower was broken. The number of dishes is limited.
