About this apartment rental
My accommodation is good for couples, business travelers, families (with children) and pets (by appointment!) suitable.
Our Chek in / out is through our key Safe Systems in front of the apartment door totally uncomplicated.
Large apartment, centrally located, located on the first floor of a multi-party house in the 15th district of Vienna.

- Bathroom about 8sqm
Bath with shower, sink with mirror
Hair dryer, soap and bath towels and towels
- Separate toilet about 1m²
- Main bedroom about 15sqm
Box spring bed 180x200, bed linen, wardrobe and storage space

In front of the house there are public parking spaces along the street.
There is a short-term parking zone from Mon-Fri (weekdays) from 09:00 to 19:00 at the address. During this time tickets are to be laid out (Attention: in one location (parking) a maximum of 3 hours).
Parking the car for a longer period using the Park & Ride System.
Various supermarkets and restaurants are nearby.
10-15 minutes walk to Schönbrunn Palace with animal park, 3 minutes on foot Metro U4 / U6 station Längenfeldgasse and the Westbahn City 5 minutes on foot with several train connections, metro U3 / U6 and various tram lines nearby. eg. the journey time by metro U3 from Westbahnhof - to center Wien Mitte, Stephansplatz, etc.

Johannes’ apartment was an excellent choice for a stay in Vienna. Close to public transportation and easy to access. The apartment is much larger than it appears to be in the pictures. We would definitely recommend Johannes’ Apartment if you’re heading to Vienna!

Starting our international trip adventures, we traveled around Vienna and enjoyed the nice architecture, history and beauty. The facility was comfortable and clean! Thank you!

The property was perfect for our family of 4. I wish it was slightly closer to city center, but getting back and forth was no problem. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials we needed to make our stay pleasant. Definitely recommend this place and if we make it back will be looking to stay here again. Thank you for your hospitality!!
