Wohnung ok, teils schon abgenutzt (Boden, Wände, Türen), Betten in Ordnung und sauber, Boden hätte sauberer sein können. Unmittelbare Nähe von Öffis und Nahversorgnung optimal. Gute Lage der Wohnung. Unkomplizierte Kommunikation im Vorfeld.
Durch die Lage der Wohnung viel Straßenlärm.

Location was great. Inside the apartment was tidy and spacious. Nice and easy instructions and communication.
The outside/corridor before the apartment is rough and feels neglected. The door lock is a bit strange and didn't work sometimes. Asking people to put their dishes away and tidy up their rubbish when you charge them a 70€ cleaning fee as part of the basic booking fee is a bit ridiculous imo. It's the most excessive cleaning fee I've encountered so far, and other bookings usually don't request for you to clean up either.
