Bright apartment with parking near Schönbrunn

The location is great. It's really close to the park. If you're planning to visit Schönbrunn, this is a really good base. There's also plenty of parking space. The apartment is also quite spacious, so it's perfect for even a large family.

Unfortunately, the apartment needs refreshing. - The biggest problem is the lack of air conditioning. I've expected that, given the relatively old building, it would have thick walls and be quite cool. Unfortunately, the apartment was very hot. Furthermore, it's on a busy street, so it's difficult to ventilate at night because the street noise makes it impossible to sleep with opened windows. - The second major issue is the glass entrance door. My family didn't feel safe with such a fragile door. The door is repaired with tape, which doesn't convince me of its durability. It's true that the building's doors (also glass) have metal bars, but no one can guarantee that the residents of the other apartments will close them properly. - When we arrived, there was an unpleasant odor in the apartment. We had to thoroughly air it out. - The TV isn't connected to an antenna. They haven't even created an account in the Smart TV app. To use the TV, you have to configure everything yourself using your accounts. This should be done by the host. Overall, the apartment has a lot of untapped potential. A small investment and refresh would be enough to make it a great base for exploring the city. The paint is already peeling in the shower, so maybe it's time for a renovation?

Super ausgestattet, auch mit Tee und Kaffee und Gewürzen, wirklich alles da. Check in super easy. Lief alles problemlos.

War mit dem Auto dort und bin nur mit dem Auto unterwegs gewesen, kann also zur öffentlichen Anbindung nichts sagen, hab es nicht am besten bewerten können, aber man kann es irgendwie nicht auslassen.
