Next to Schönbrunnpalace close to Public Transport - MySchönbrunn Apartments

Location quiet and good for transport and restaurants/shops. Airy apartment with balcony for sitting out in evening. Apartment had everything needed for a weeks stay. Communication good. Liked blinds to help keep apartment cooler.

All small things. Dish towel provided but Would have liked a hand towel to dry hands in kitchen Also a hand towel for shower room for sink. There was 4 of us but only 3 chairs on balcony and 3 glasses. Not too many teaspoons.

Neat and clean. IKEA stuffed apartment. Nice place to stay in the city. Must try. Easy check in. The only thing was the parking was difficult to do. Either we have to find a garage Which is expensive or take a train to Hütteldorf P+R, in a way that works very well as well. If there's a dedicated parking spot available for the apartment visitors that makes this apartment a great place as well.

Everything was good. A refundable deposit of €50 was paid during pre-checkin.

The place was still being cleaned when we could check in. We had asked for an early check, he couldn’t be accommodated which we understood, but we didn’t expect a place to continue being cleaned even upon check-in. The cleaning staff were nice and super apologetic. A few issues we had: a shower that leaked onto the floor, making it a slipping hazard - no matter where we turned the head, it leaked. Then kitchen pots and pans that were seriously scratched. Even when we notified the apartment manager regarding the leak in the shower, they didn’t get back to us, which was disappointing. We understand we were there for one night, but expected a better customer service.
