Apartamentul a fost dotat cu toate cele necesare locuirii. Locatia este aproape de metrou si alte statii de transport in comun. Zona linistita, cu magazine si localuri in proximitate. La sesizarea unei probleme, administratorul locuintei a fost receptiv si s-au oferit solutii.

Ar putea fi mai atenti la curatenie. Apartamentul este potrivit pentru 1-2 persoane, dar pentru mine a fost suficient deoarece am fost o singura persoana. Aceiasi cheie de la intrarea in apartament, deschide si usa de la intrarea in bloc si usa de la canera de gunoi(instructiunile trebuiau sa fie mai clare).

Deșii este un apartament micuț este foarte bine dotat, am fost cazați în multe apartamente din Viena însă acest apartament a fost cel mai bine dotat: prăjitor de pâine, aparat de cafea, mașină de vase, fierbător de apă, cuptor cu microunde, plită electrică, frigider, aspirator, mătură cu lopată, găleată și mop de ștres pe jos, uscător de rufe, masă de calcat, călcător, ventilator, uscător de păr, vesela din bucătărie suficientă... având toate aceste utilități ne-am simțit ca acasă, poziția foarte bună pentru ceea ce am avut noi nevoie, foarte aproape stația de tramvai dar și stația de metrou. Locuri de parcare sificiente in fața blocului, in week-end parcarea este pe stradă este gratuită. Prețul a fost unul excelent și cu siguranță vom mai reveni!

It's just on of those places were summer hits hard and the apartment is super hot. Everything else was actually really nice

we were moved to another location just few days before going due to water leakage, which I can understand. what was really frustrating is that I received different e-mails that there would be somebody waiting for us to give us the key and we learned only later that we must go and check-in at a reception far away from the apartment. they told us to leave the key inside and close the door when we check out. however there are few other doors before you go out on the street, so we could have found ourselves trapped at 6:30! (luckily someone just opened before us). the property was fine, only the hot/cold water regulation is a challenge as they use a burner that is heating on the spot, so you can find yourself burned few seconds after you find the right temperature
