Todo. El apartamento era caliente, tenía todas las comodidades que uno necesita. A 10 minutos para coger el metro para ir al centro. En la zona tienes bares, restaurantes, supermercado, cafeterías. Una zona muy tranquila y cómoda.
En mí opinión personal, las almohadas eran un poco blandas.

Very far from the city centre, not suitable for family, on a ground floor not sunny only if you are staying with open windows and anyone walking on the street will be watching you.
