Nice neighbourhood, peaceful, quiet
The apartment needs a renovation. Also it is ground floor (in the fotos is not obvious) in the back of the building, little light during the day

The location was perfect for me. The place was in a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood. It was nice and warm in the apartment. The kitchen was well equipped. The bathroom and bedroom were nice and clean.
There was a strong smell in the apartment - like baked sausages or some meet. I couldn't get rid of it completely in 6 days. There were ants 🐜 marching from the garden door through the living room to the kitchen area. Luckily, they were black ants and didn't bite me. They went away in the last 2 days. I'm not afraid of bugs, so it didn't bother me that much, but it could be different for other people. The blanket on bed and pillows on the sofa smelled like a strong male perfume - I hated that smell.
