Vt recién renovada en Zabalburu

We used this accommodation mainly as a base for our trip, and it worked perfectly for that. The location is very central, and the place itself felt safe and was spacious. It was also really clean and clearly newly decorated as some of the picture frames even still had the protective plastic on them! A couple of things to note for future guests: the automatic smart locks for the building and flat take a little bit of figuring out at first. It can also get a bit noisy due to the neighborhood, but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't fix. If you are staying during a hot spell the property would definitely benefit from air conditioning or a fan in hot weather. Overall, a great, clean stay in a perfect location.

Noise from the street was really bad, if your a light sleeper don't stay here. There were renovations happening upstairs the whole time we were there. The location is a bit far away from all the attractions and better restaurants.

Sitio con mucho ruido, hay un bar abajo que no te deja dormir ( abierto hasta las 4-5 de la madrugada ), a las 6 de la mañana pasa un hombre con un carrito recogiendo y partiendo metales y hace mucho ruido y te despierta Si se quiere entrar antes te cobran 20€ por un check-in de una hora anticipada No hay material de limpieza como una escoba No dejan ni sal para cocinar
