We used this accommodation mainly as a base for our trip, and it worked perfectly for that. The location is very central, and the place itself felt safe and was spacious. It was also really clean and clearly newly decorated as some of the picture frames even still had the protective plastic on them!
A couple of things to note for future guests: the automatic smart locks for the building and flat take a little bit of figuring out at first. It can also get a bit noisy due to the neighborhood, but nothing a pair of earplugs couldn't fix. If you are staying during a hot spell the property would definitely benefit from air conditioning or a fan in hot weather. Overall, a great, clean stay in a perfect location.
No Aircon, A fan and extra towels could be provided.

Spacious apartment with everything you need.
Shopping centre close by.
Noise from the street was really bad, if your a light sleeper don't stay here.
There were renovations happening upstairs the whole time we were there.
The location is a bit far away from all the attractions and better restaurants.

El alojamiento muy nuevo y confortable
No había calefacción la atención de los anfitriones muy mal muy mal educados muy mal hablados muy fatal la manera de comunicarse con los huéspedes le comenté lo de la calefacción y decía que si había cuando era falso no había calefacción
