A lush native homestay o

Keriwin House is a stunning location where you feel like you’re in a secluded place away from the huddle and bustle but in reality you are minutes away from Kerikeri. Views of lush native trees and surrounds right outside your room. Free range hens wandering around have property are a hour and the owners are lovely and really want you to have a great stay.

Location was quiet in beautiful grounds. Immaculately kept and accessible to guests. Plenty of birds and wildlife. Well situated for Restaurants, Theatre, Cinema in Kerikeri, also close to local market.

The pool was great, the accommodations were great and Pete and Rose provide their guest with a haven that has to be experienced.

Night bush walk was a highlight for our trip

The room, facilities were comfortable, and the surrounding park like garden and forest were beautiful. We hadn’t expected to hear Kiwi calling and to see glow worms when we went for a lamp lit night walk. It was a lovely surprise! Rose and Pete were great hosts and informative. We enjoyed chatting with them both and meeting their dogs, Nugget and Bertie.

Beautiful and comfortable location. The bush walk on the property was fantastic NZ bush.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Good selection of spreads and cereals. Coffee and tea selection was great.

Ants in the breakfast area. Would have liked some fruit to go with meal as only packet cereal or toast. Ran out of butter for toast by day 3.

GREAT generous Continental breakfast ready for us to serve ourselves in our unit. Lovely shower, comfy bed, plenty of room to park and in the rooms. We have recommended to friends as a very comfortable place to stay , spotlessly clean with friendly and helpful hosts who give good value plus beautiful grounds handy to town and a lovely peaceful and harmonious outlook to enjoy/

We would have preferred not to have been welcomed by a biggish dog we didn't know, but he was soon called back and obedient. Although there is plenty of parking it could have been better organised to make manouvering easier, especially after dark< ( e.g trailer parked elsewhere)

Lovely spot, hard work to get the property to what it is, an amazing experience.

The little kitchenette was enough for 2 people. Breakfast was nicely presented in our room. We did notice ants in the evening on our bench, however, we did leave some open food for them to get at.

Toilet facilities were not in our room. It is a shared communal ablution and I thought we had an ensuite. Nice though just not in my room.

Tolles Erlebnis bei Kerikeri - gerne wieder

Sehr schoenes und toll eingerichtetes Zimmer mit tiptop Shared Bathroom in eine fantastisch gelegen Haus mit wunderschoenem grossen Garten und eigenem Bush mit Glühwürmchen und (angeblich) Kiwis. Sehr nette Vermieter die sich liebevoll um uns gekümmert haben.

Die Einfahrt könnte etwas besser gekennzeichnet werden, sonst war alles perfekt

Een pareltje van een B&B, met een grote , mooie tuin , een eigen terras met openslaande deuren om evt bij regen in de deuropening te ontbijten. Bed goed, douche prima. De eigenaar was erg aardig en behulpzaam!

We hadden een ventilator tegen de warmte, geen airco. Het gootsteentje voor water is voor zowel de keuken als voor de wc.

Vi havde den smukkeste værelse og terrasse ud til Keriwin House’s store park. Der er muligt at gå en tur i mörkret og se ”glow-worms”. Vores værter gav og lygter med rødt lys så vi kunne finde vej. Poolen var nem og behagelig att svømme rundt i efter en lang varm dag på opdagelse. Rose og Pete de venligste værter man kunne ønske gjorde alt for vi skulle nyde vores ophold. Meget gæst venlige og behagelige. Hunden Bertie gav en guidet tur i skoven der tilhørte huset. Tak for et par fantastiske dage i Keriwin House. ❤️

Det var nogle varme dage og der var ikke aircondition, men en vifte i loftet fungerede.
