Nice location. Lovely bathroom.
Kitchenette is a converted laundry. Would be better if sink allowed for washing up/ drying dishes etc. Home was without basic supplies but hoses were quick to respond when identified. 3rd bedroom, beds very hard and not comfortable. Would be good to have fans in bedroom for summer period.

The covered deck was excellent for having a meal outside, the bedrooms were bright and comfortable, and the bathroom was absolutely great (towel heating racks, a large mirror that lights-up, de-fogs itself, and plays bluetooth music, etc.
The parking spot was a little delicate for us to park in with our rental van. Doable, just that it took a tiny bit of manuevering.

Lovely clean, comfortable and private space to spend the night. Easy communication with the owners via text message. Close to beautiful Orewa beach.
