Great stay

Large and comfortable for 8 people. Kitchen had everything you would need . Beds very comfy and bathrooms were great.

The floor in main downstairs area was very slippery and could cause a fall

Great stay will be back again

Very lovely place with great house to stay in , like brand new house with complete facilities. Good nice location but parking is is abit difficult but not a major issue.

Very comfortable

Place was spacious inside- large bedrooms. Lots of bathrooms

The door code panel sometimes didn't show up to enter numbers but we worked out pressing on the lower left of the panel brought the panel up more consistently. Some instructions for oven would've been helpful - we had to google. Also we had travelled 17 hours from Australia and arrived late so some long life milk would've been nice so we could've had something to get us through till the following mornings grocery shop

Nice house, great location, just needs a bit more thought on seating and what’s available for guests to cook and prepare

Great location not far from main 1 road. Close to a nice vibrant beach town and only 15 mins into Auckland centre. 35-40 mins from Auckland airport. Beds and bedrooms all very comfortable, Bath & Showers all excellent. Early check in was much appreciated after a long flight from the uk.

No where near enough cooking Pans, utensils or crockery. Also lacking on sofa seating so everyone could sit together in both down stairs rooms and outside or on balcony. Garden needs maintaining better. You need to be a very good driver and confident with reversing. If you have a large car like we did it only just fits in the garage and when you pull out you can’t turn right up the drive as the neighbours car is in the way. So you have to turn left out the garage and reverse up a long steep drive. Not a big problem for me but this would defo cause a lot of people a lot of stress.
