Great place to stay for central location and modern.

Location was excellent. Instructions were clear and communication was great.

For the price single ply toilet paper was a bit underwhelming and some parts were tired. Toilet roll holder had come to grief and the external part of shower glass and slate looked like it could use a tidy up. Dust on power points was noticeable.

Great location, spacious room and secure car park!

The self check in process was straight forward and easy to follow. The room was spacious and having a secure car park was great. Great location if you are hanging out in CBD.

One of the bathroom drains smells a bit. However, this was mitigated by having the fan on in the room and also keeping the bathroom closed. The rest of the room was clean.

The location was excellent with easy access to everything. Having off-street parking for cars is a big plus too. The room was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The snack basket was a great addition to give a local feel.

Nothing apart from the door jam which is directly in front of the main light switches, which I stubbed my toes against a couple of times as it’s hard to spot with the patterned carpet.

My stay

I loved how easy it was to access the property, and how I had a very safe & secure spot for my vehicle within the premises. Instructions were simple as well, the property manager was just a call away. Entering my room was lovely, I had the aircon already on, loved that because it was a hot day. Loved the shower, everything needed was there. I really enjoyed my snack basket, which was the best after coming from the maoli concert. Short trip to town, Uber is cheap since it's nearby. With the bed and pillows, omgosh, felt like I was sleeping on a cloud. From my view on the balcony, I saw the sky tower, it was a beautiful and comfortable stay there at arluxia. Would definitely stay again, welcoming vibes here 😊 i was very happy with my choice booking here, wish I spent another night 🌙

Great location, comfortable beds, quiet street.

The location was fantastic, an easy few minutes walk to Ponsonby Street. The bed was super comfortable and the room was very clean. The free snack basket was very welcome, as well as the free use of the washer and dryer. The shower was great with good pressure too.

Some clothes storage in the room would have been very handy as I was very much looking forward to unpacking, but there was very little storage at all, so had to live out of my suitcase while staying here. It was large room and there is definitely plenty of room to install some storage space. Also I didn't like that there was no safe in the room.

Contemporary. Clean. Like new. Parking inside of a gate. Bright lights in bathroom. Great shower. Quiet neighbourhood, just one block off a main road.

Not a fault of the property, just FYI, Arthur Street where the entrance is, is a narrow two way street.

Amazing view in first class accommodation

The most amazing location with a brilliant view with a great little balcony area. Great location near amazing cafes and shop. The kitchen is small but efficient and provides all the necessary things required to self-cater -no stove We were given an early check in, and the process was so smooth and easy Glamourous, beautiful accommodation.

Snacks, decor, organisation — tops!!!! Overall I was so happy with it. Oh, the parking is a game-changer. Maybe good to have a bigger sign or mention about signing in once inside — I didn’t know I needed to do that for a long time as went straight into evening plans.

Love when there are flatter pillows + thick pillows so you can choose — all four were thick neck-killers so slept with none. Used to having one moisturiser there — forgot mine and could really have used it.

It was a refreshing stay.
