The only complaint would be the fridge running beside the bed, although it was great to have a full fridge

Great location, close to Ponsonby Rd and Grey Lynn. Convenient to have onsite parking. Bed is super comfortable, the room has an urban view and a veranda to catch the morning sun. (If I could change one thing it would be the synthetic sheets which are 50% poly).

Nice clean and tidy handy to ponsonby Rd
We made a last minute booking and key was not in lock box. Only 3/4 roll of toilet paper Plant in planter box had been damaged on deck
