Great location, charming house, exceptionally well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, nice deck at the back, lots of restaurants and shops right around the corner staying here the last days of our three week trip was a treat
Quite a few stains, tears and nudges around the house - which made it feel lived in and was ok for us, but someone expecting prestige design might be disappointed…. Unfortunately no reply to an email request for a cloths drying rack as an environmentally friendlier alternative to the dryer

Ponsonby: set in a little side street off the lively and quaint Ponsonby Road. This accommodation is a lovely building style and was well equipped with everything. Very well decorated, clean, bright natural light. Gorgeous floors. Very nice bedrooms. Very responsive property rental team.
No cancellation possible even a month ahead, only one set of keys, back door closed with the wind and automatically locked (us out). The bedroom out to the street was a bit noisy with car/truck traffic.

Amazing location. Great open plan living Beautifully restored
Dirty cutlery No kitchen basics Accidentally left a few bits , host threw them away, so couldn’t collect. Same day as check out .
