You are welcomed through our open-plan kitchen, which compromises of high-quality and efficient appliances to help you get creative in the kitchen. Feel at home and cook with no pressure in our fully equipped kitchen space.
The living room space welcomes you with excellent flooring and furniture of great quality and design. This apartment was designed in a way to compliment our guests, making them feel as modern and prestige as the apartment is. With our relaxing sofa for you to melt into, we have a TV planted there for your entertainment! Enjoy the city views from our long, wide glass windows, or take a step outside onto the balcony and enjoy the views from there with a nice chilled drink on our seats and table provided for outside enjoyment.
Our 2 bedrooms have excellent spacing. Let the sunrise be your wakeup call as you open your eyes to the beautiful and gentle light of the sun arising and the stunning views to make you like it's going to be a great day! Our beds are comfortable, with fresh linen and pillows to help you always have a healthy goodnight sleep.
There are 2 bathrooms in the property, each equipped with a toilet, a shower. Don’t worry, we store bathroom products and materials made essential for you to enjoy your stay comfortably.
And of course, let us not forget to mention our breathtaking balcony where you can enjoy the sun and fresh air.

Everything was great but we couldn't get on wifi, so coming from overseas it was not ideal, but we managed. Great location for what we needed, spacious and comfortable! Heated bathroom floors and towel racks were a huge bonus since it was cold!!! Loved it!

The location was fabulous and the building was upscale, secure and comfortable with nice amenities. The apartment was well equipped with kitchen appliances, dishes etc. It was clean on the surface but some areas were neglected.
There were several frustrating issues of miscommunication. Our booking was for 8 days but Houst insisted we were booked for only 7 but could pay for an extra day. They did nothing to resolve the issue until we contacted VRBO and they communicated with Houst on our behalf.
Because we were coming from overseas and travelling overnight with an early arrival, we asked for an early check in and VRBO confirmed. Houst would not honour the early check in time until 24hours prior.
Apartment description included access to internet but none was available. We were notified that it was temporarily down, but there was no attempt to fix the problem and it appeared to not be available for some time. This left us ‘stranded’ and unable to communicate with family etc. until we could purchase SIM cards and data plans.
After several phone calls to VRBO and Houst, we were reimbursed for our SIM cards and data plans.
In the end, we enjoyed our stay, despite the frustrations.

Met our needs which was to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The lounge space was nice for a 5 night stay as it allowed room for all to stretch out. Only used kitchen for preparing simple breakfast. Parking is definitely a bonus as felt safe and secure. No wifi, would have been better if available. Otherwise good value for money.

Very nice flat in very nice building; washer/dryer combo a little challenging; proximity to Ponsonby food/shopping was fantastic and while I may not be used to city dwelling anymore, there always seemed to be a lot of construction noise in off hours. Only reason I would think twice about staying there again is the nighttime noise. That being said, I did not try ear plugs which may be a great solution.
