Downtown Townhouse Special

Location, facilities, the extra touches like varieties of teas, sauces in fridge...everything we could have needed was there even a tool box. To have carparking in the city was awesome. Though lots of activities were in walking distance, we drove out to the Westcoast beaches and drove over to the northshore and drove around the on the one rainy night. The complex was beautiful but not pretentious and pet friendly yet clean. Fabulous range of good cafes near by. This survey asks about Torpedo Bay being the nearest beach, while it might be on the map, there are far better beaches on the waterfront of Tamaki Drive or over the hill from Torpedo Bay is Narrow neck or further along the northshore coastline is Takapuna...they are the beaches to swim in not Torpedo Bay.

Its not a big deal because we were out most of the time, but the TV in the lounge, the app for finding the channels was not easy and the sound was poor. Oh and upstairs the loft room, there is one vertical strip missing in the blind and noticeable when drawn. But not a big deals in the scheme of things, just tiny repairs.

The location was amazing and the hosts went out of there way to assist us. Exceptional facility

Second time we have stayed here. The position is amazing, 1 minute from the motorway, 15 mins walk to Queen Street or the waterfront, Victoria park is right in front for a walk or for the kids to play.

The townhouse had everything we needed for a self catering holiday, and the location was great for walking into the centre of Auckland.
