*PLEASE NOTE: This is a quiet residential complex. It is not suitable for groups of friends wanting to get together and socialise. There is a strict excess noise policy which is enforced and with fines. Pets are also not allowed.

Great location, close to restaurants, harbor, CBD without the noise of the city. Comfortable beds, worked out great for 2 couples. Small request: bath wash provided, but no shelf within shower to place bottle..used floor or had to open shower door to pick up & put down bottle. We live led having the sliding doors open to the balcony. But the metal rolling part of the shades made a clanging sound with the wind, which was annoying. These small items doesn’t change my high recommendation for this property.

Very convenient location near stores, restaurants, and waterfront attractions. Each bedroom had its own full bathroom. Washer and dryer came in handy!
