Our Guests have access to the full house except the study, deck and a driveway area large enough to accommodate two vehicles.

Bayswater is one of the North Shore’s hidden gems — leafy, peaceful, and close to the water, yet only minutes from the city.
You’re close to:
- Bayswater Marina — ferries to the CBD in minutes
- Takapuna Beach — cafés, restaurants, and a stunning coastline
- Devonport Village — boutique shops, galleries, and historic charm
- Local parks & coastal walks — perfect for morning strolls
- Supermarkets, eateries, and essentials within easy reach
It’s the ideal balance of tranquillity and convenience.

Travel is simple from this location:

- Quick access to motorways heading north or south
