On the first floor, 2 spacious bedrooms each with en-suites; garden views; blackout curtains and a shared office space. On the top floor, a 3rd bedroom/king suite with Nespresso/bar; Sky-TV/media room and yoga deck with expansive city and treetop views.
Exclusive off street parking for 3 and double-car internal garaging.
A short walk to Newmarket shops; Parnell restaurants & galleries; the Auckland Museum; Cathedral & Domain. Or grab an Uber or take the bus to arrive in the Central City in minutes.
Please note: there are a lot of stairs. Toddlers gates are not provided but can be fitted for long term stays.
You will have the entire house to yourselves. Please be mindful of our retired neighbours who enjoy the tranquility of this location as much as we do.
