Cheerful 3-bedroom townhouse close to the city

We really loved the size and spaciousness of the house. Having a bathroom in every room and a toilet on every floor was really convenient for our group. The facilities were great especially having a washing machine and dryer and the dining table was a great size. The air conditioning worked well and the fan in the top room was really useful. I think the house was very pretty and had cute decorative touches. The wardrobe layouts were also great with plenty of drawers and hangers that we were able to use to keep our clothes and belongings organised. There was lots of parking which was a big bonus. The house was also really close to everything including being within walking distance of St Lukes Mall. We appreciated how quickly the host responded when we had questions. The little night lights on the stairs were a great touch and made it easy to get around safely at night. The neighbours were also lovely and quiet. Overall we had a great time and the house was perfect for our little group.

Unfortunately the cleanliness of the house could have been better. We noticed marks on the walls straight away. The dishwasher door and cubbies in the bedrooms were dirty, one blanket and lounge chair stained (a little unpleasant). The showers just NEED a thorough clean. I also dropped something that rolled underneath the bed, so I noticed it was dirty underneath too. The outside rubbish bin was already full when we arrived which made it difficult to keep on top of our rubbish. We ended up piling our rubbish up but luckily the rubbish collection came the day before we left so we were able to get everything into the bin before leaving. Maybe a few extra towels would also have been helpful — ideally one extra towel per person so there are still towels available while others are being washed. This includes hand towels too (a couple extras would be great). The lounge seating was a little tight for our group as well and we often had at least one person sitting on the floor but it did the trick.

I liked how it had a big parking area and it was quiet. Comfortable beds.

Could be cleaned a bit better. I.e the skirtings and walls.

Three bedrooms all with on-suite and comfortable stay.

All good.

Nice apartment with good location.

Some fans not working, very warm in the bedrooms as no aircon. Apartment was not clean & dryer not working properly.
