* Short ferry ride to Kawau Island to explore Mansion House and great walks (from Sandspit)
* Close to Matakana Wine country (great wine and food) and Sunday Farmers market
......... all this only 1 hour north of Auckland
Special conditions:
Minimum 2 day/night rental (midday arrival and departure)
All school holiday periods are rented in whole week blocks (sunday - sunday) at high season rates.
Public Holiday Weekends including: Easter, Anzac Day, Queens Birthday, Labour Day. Rates as per high season and must be taken for the full 3 days
NOTE: Under Kiwi bach tradition you are expected to: Clean the house and do the dishes before you leave; PLEASE NOTE BED LINEN AND TOWELS ARE NOT SUPPLIED
1. Rubbish Bin collection Tuesday.
Bins to be left beside day parking metal area for collection.
2. Suggest you take drinking water with you as bach is on tank water only
3 No WF or TV in the bach or washing machine - laundromat in Warkworth

Fantastic location. Couldn't be any closer to the beach and we were blessed with perfect weather all weekend. Thanks for having us. We will definitely be staying again!

We all really loved our stay in your bach. Thank you for sharing it with us. 3 year old grandson spent all day playing in the sand and didn't want to leave. It is a magical place. The bach itself is beautifully kept and has everything you need. We loved it.
