Spacious, clean and comfy bed, proper kitchen to whip up a meal, perfect washer & dryer, helpful host, 10mins walking distance to office, 10mins to city center, wifi is strong.
Mosquitoes. I smacked many daily, bloated with my blood. Several drain flies too. Probably due to ground floor and spring season. Poor sound insulation due to old structure.

Perto dos transportes públicos para o centro Relativamente perto do centro Cama confortável, Cozinha pequena mas com o necessário Fácil encontrar e ter as chaves
Não dá para tomar banho 2 pessoas seguidas com água quente. Bastantes tropeteiros (mosquitos 🦟), fiquei todo picado e matei em 5 dias mais de 30! e nunca abri as janelas, devem vir pelas condutas do AC. Bastante barulho da rua, mau isolamento.

El apartamento es en su estaba bien, amplio. Lo mejor es la ubicación.
Deberían de cambiarle los cristales a las ventanas, se escuchaba absolutamente todo el ruido del exterior, no dormimos nada. Los coches pasar , las voces de la gente , ruidos de la gente de fiesta. La llegada no fue óptima, ya que nos envió una localización GPS errónea .
