The size of the room was great, decor was nice; the books and the audio player were an amazing addition. The courtyard and all the plants were lovely. The staff were very informative and accomadating.
The elevator wasn't working during my stay and the bed was squeaking everytime we moved which disturbed our sleep a bit.

Very comfortable beds and excellent quality bedding - i honestly wish I had the same at home. The location was excellent, just a short walk from Alameda de Hércules, and all the main sights could easily be reached on foot. The neighborhood was lovely, quiet and peaceful. The room was a bit cool, but I imagine it would be absolutely perfect during the summer heat
