O apartamento é bastante confortável, a limpeza impecável, internet rápida, facil acesso a estacionamentos, perto do centro e a zona é tranquila.
O isolamento acústico é bastante ruim, da pra ouvir as pessoas conversando na rua, os carros passando e pessoas entrando e saindo do predio.
