It consists of a garage, three bedrooms, a bathroom, living room, separate and fully equipped kitchen, ceiling fans and heating, free internet connection. Capacity for 4 people. The apartment is rented "fully equipped" with sheets, duvets, towels, etc.
The decor is simple and comfortable, to ensure a hassle-free stay. The sofas in the living room are of first quality, a good television, a new bathroom with great water power, the mattresses of the beds of great quality.
You will enjoy absolute silence even being in the historic center, and having restaurants, bars, cafes, supermarkets, and the lively nightlife area of La Alameda de Hércules very close.
It can be reached by car, since the apartment has a parking lot that is located outside the building on Calle Mendigorria, under the Sports Center, plaza 69.
You can also arrive by taxi. Please ask us for taxi prices. Lastly, you can take the EA bus that connects the airport with the city center. Your stop is Plaza de Armas and walk about 10 minutes.
In the nearby Plaza de San Lorenzo you will find banks, pharmacies, supermarkets, greengrocers and an endless number of small shops, in the Plaza de Alameda de Hércules an endless number of entertainment and dining venues.

The apartment was excellent and in walking distance from places of interest. As it is in a gated area we felt very safe. The only trouble was check in. It would have been good to have the check in instructions and wifi password a couple of days before we arrived. This would have saved us anxiety and having to make phone calls and texts to the owners asking for the instructions theiiinformation.haveanp owner

Positive point: very well located accommodation in a pleasant and lively area + having a place to park your vehicle is appreciated in a city like Seville
Negative point: Poor sound insulation (remember to take earplugs if you want to sleep) + Bathroom door which does not slide and which does not allow any privacy + strong and persistent smell of humidity throughout the stay in the room with a double bed + parking space 500 meters walk from the accommodation
Conclusion: If I ever return to Seville, I will not book this accommodation again.
