Quando cheguei não enviaram a chave digital de abertura da porta . Tive de ligar para a linha de apoio que demorou minutos a atender e ficamos à porta à espera cerca de 1h até tudo ser resolvido . Foi um constrangimento pois vínhamos de uma viagem longa e ainda tivemos de ficar a porta à espera. Até alguém conseguir abrir a porta via telefónica e só depois recebemos o tal Código para poder voltar a entrar no apartamento. Ficamos muitos chateados com essa situação . De resto foi tudo ok.

Entraba suciedad desde la calle por debajo de la puerta por viento. Ruido de la calle, la puerta de acceso no está insonorizada. Para evitar ruido y acceso de viento con suciedad tuvimos que colocar toalla en suelo. Mal olor de tuberías. Wifi no funciona correctamente, mala conexión. Tuvimos un problema con el código acceso, mal trato por parte de la persona que nos atendió por el sistema de mensaje interno.
