Feria Apartments

We had a pleasant stay at Feria Apartments. The apartment is comfortable for four people and provides everything you need for a stay in the city. Communication with the owner was good and straightforward, even though he lives in Germany. We received the necessary information and could contact him when needed. One of the apartment's biggest advantages is its location. Many of the most important tourist attractions are within a 15–30 minute walk, making it a very convenient base for exploring the city. There are also several local places nearby where you can eat. However, our favorite place was the local market, where you can find fresh fish prepared in many different ways and at very reasonable prices. It was a great opportunity to experience the local atmosphere and cuisine.

There were several challenges during our stay. When we arrived, there was no bottled water in the apartment, although this was resolved shortly afterward. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the lack of cleanliness. The apartment was not cleaned to an acceptable standard. Some of the bedspreads were stained, including visible blood stains; there was dust in various places, and we even found dead insects in some areas. This significantly reduced the overall comfort of our stay. We reported these issues to the owner, but unfortunately no compensation, even a small gesture of goodwill, was offered. Another major disadvantage is the lack of parking in the area. The additional parking option at Parking Imagen costs €24 per day, which significantly increases the overall cost of the stay.

Apartamento céntrico muy cerca de cualquier zona del centro y muy comunicado para desplazarse en bus sin tener que utilizar el coche. El apartamento esta prácticamente nuevo y tiene todo lo que se necesita para pasar unos días en Sevilla y estar en un punto estratégico.

Lo que menos me gustó las camas pequeñas que quizá un pelín más grandes serían más Cómodas.

Wszystko. Świetna lokalizacja, apartament w oficynie czyli bardzo cicho i spokojnie. Super sprawna klimatyzacja. Wyposażenie we wszystko co potrzebne. Perfekcyjnie czysto. Naprawdę super miejsce.
