The Artist's House with Private Pool by SHS

Staying in this accomodation was an amazing experience. The house looked even better and modern in real life. The hosts were very welcoming and available at all times before and during the stay. Of course, the pool was the highlight of it all. It’s beautiful and right in the sun. There are also some shaded sunbeds if you get too hot. The place in Sevilla is very safe. I got there at different times, at night as well, and there were no problems or (homeless) people who didn’t belong there. Also, it is behind a gate so that’s a bonus. You can safely go here as a solo traveler. This house is also very good to stay at for longer times as it has everything you need, from kitchen supplies to comfortable beds & large bathrooms. I will definitely be coming back.

Nice size of place, rooftop pool was a nice feature!

Attention to detail just wasn’t there. Old food in dishwasher from previous guests, leaking sink, dirt and stains on sofas and footrests, lounge cushions left out on the rooftop terrace in the rain, tv didn’t work, no cloths or tea towels in kitchen, coffee pot didn’t work. The staff were good and responsive and cleaned the dishwasher, gave a different coffee pot, attempted to fix the sink(still leaked). However, these are things that should be done ahead of check in and the guest shouldn’t have to take time out of a holiday to organise these issues with a host. There was also many homeless people at the entrance to the apartment throughout the stay.. it was a bit intimidating coming in and out.
