    Location was very uncomfortable was approached by people whilst having a cigarette asking me for things and my phone was almost snatched from my hand.

    Our stay at this charming hotel exceeded our expectations. The room is spacious and clean. The location is superb, literally, next to NCP car park. No chance of getting hungry as the hotel is surrounded by pubs and restaurants. Reception staff was very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend. We will definitely come back.
