They tried to cancelled on me less than hour before stay which would of left me and my family homeless

Enough space for 6 people

There were no forks the freezer door was broken off inside the fridge. Hob was broken and showing error. No blind in second double room. Chipped plates not enough glasses or cups for 6 people. Unfortunately when I contacted the property to raise these issues they did not apologise or offer any solution to the issues I raised apart from they would order forks via Amazon but they never arrived. And then sent me a msg 2 days after we left saying the kitchen door was cracked. The photos are not a true representation of the property the garden is overgrown with weeds, a broken green house that is overgrown, a wheels bin in the garden full of rotting waste and rubbish. The road next to the property is very busy and very limited parking.

Sheets were clean and towels were clean

The state of house was dirty the state of the garden was unsafe with broken decking and broken umbrella on outside table, no cushions on outside chairs.,filthy patio doors and windows. Had to clean area before we could even sit down, 1 teacup for 7 people, 3 sideplates, 5 bowls and 3 forks, had to buy cups, forks and glasses . Greenhouse at back of garden full to the hilt with weeds. None of the blinds in any of bedrooms fitted the windows or were.broken, nor were they blackout. Health and safety issue in bathroom no non slip bathmat, filthy around bathtaps. Temperature of shower could not be regulated, tried to contact on the number given at various times and on various devices with no success. Coffee table and standard lamp in sitting room both broken. I have photographs identifying all issues mentioned above and would like to forward to you at the earliest as this is totally unacceptable and unsafe for any other family really not what was expected from Booking.com. and would pit me off using you in the future. I had to buy products to clean this before any of my family arrived and i ifelt totally embarrssed. There were 2 small fridges no door on freezer section on one fridge no freezer for family of 7 . The single bed in the single room had a lumpy mattress and was incredibly uncomfortable and sore. Only able to send four photos please contact me so you can see all photos.
