House clean tidy hot tub good
Shame at Xmas not tree lights working although games room good addition need more heating in there not enough cutlery for everyone staying and fridge freezer could be bigger

Great stay! Game room massive hit with the kids, ages 8-11. Which ment i could enjoy the hot tub in peace 😅. House has everything you need, easy communication with hosts.
That i hadn't booked a longer stay. Children did say the game room could do with a darts board.

Well appointed property with great facilities. All the important things are great: all you require in the kitchen is available, fantastic big TV and comfortable couches in the living room and good beds. The games room in the garden is fantastic and was well used by the teenage boys! The hot tub is brilliant too. The local pub (Sandyforth Arms) is extremely welcoming with a lovely beer garden and excellent prices. Make sure you sample their strawberry daiquiri slush!
Nothing of note apart from no ping pong balls provided (we purchased these ourselves) and no tips on the pool cues apart from one tiny cue and a large broken cue. Also note location: you will be aware that it's a couple of miles at least from the coast when booking, but not a major issue as the property is in a lovely location.
