An amazing stay! They couldn’t have helped plan our night away and make it more special if they tried. From ordering balloons and rose petals to decorating the room to getting our favourite drinks in the fridge for when we got there. She even tried to help us find somewhere perfect to go out for a meal. Honestly it was perfect. And we would a million percent stay again. Anyone looking at this place should book it! The apartment was beautiful with everything you could need while we was there. The jacuzzi bath was amazing with a glass of wine!
Everything they did made our night so special my partner then proposed 🩷

It was warm, clean and spacious.
Location was excellent.
Poulton is lovely.
Only 5 car parking slots for 10 apartments.
You could push the outside door open without using the code although there was a code machine outside and instructions said "input the code".
The WIFI code, contained in details on the wall in the apartment didn't work. I used the phone number in the details on the wall to make contact only to be told that these details were no longer up to date. Ultimately it was fixed, to my satisfaction, by a representative of the new company who manage the apartments.
On the inside of the door it said:

Not a very welcoming notice - and there was no "Welcome Book"
The blind in the bedroom was faulty and couldn't be raised.
There was a large stain on the wallpaper in the Kitchen/diner/lounge area
The flooring was raised in the kitchen/diner/ lounge area
The door to the under sink unit needs repairing
The bathroom had a loo, a sink and a shower - with the title of "luxury" apartments, I would have expected a bath.
Overall, I did not see this as a "luxury" apartment.

Heat was out for all but the last evening of the stay. They did provide 4 electronic heaters, but the room was still cold.
