An amazing stay! They couldn’t have helped plan our night away and make it more special if they tried. From ordering balloons and rose petals to decorating the room to getting our favourite drinks in the fridge for when we got there. She even tried to help us find somewhere perfect to go out for a meal. Honestly it was perfect. And we would a million percent stay again. Anyone looking at this place should book it! The apartment was beautiful with everything you could need while we was there. The jacuzzi bath was amazing with a glass of wine! Everything they did made our night so special my partner then proposed 🩷

The accommodation fulfilled my needs to be within walking distance of Poulton but no more than that.

It was warm, clean and spacious. Location was excellent. Poulton is lovely.

Only 5 car parking slots for 10 apartments. You could push the outside door open without using the code although there was a code machine outside and instructions said "input the code". The WIFI code, contained in details on the wall in the apartment didn't work. I used the phone number in the details on the wall to make contact only to be told that these details were no longer up to date. Ultimately it was fixed, to my satisfaction, by a representative of the new company who manage the apartments. On the inside of the door it said: Strict Policy Charges Smoking £200, Setting off smoke alarms £250 Noise Complaints £150 £50 to non paid guests Please see our Welcome Book Not a very welcoming notice - and there was no "Welcome Book" The blind in the bedroom was faulty and couldn't be raised. There was a large stain on the wallpaper in the Kitchen/diner/lounge area The flooring was raised in the kitchen/diner/ lounge area The door to the under sink unit needs repairing The bathroom had a loo, a sink and a shower - with the title of "luxury" apartments, I would have expected a bath. Overall, I did not see this as a "luxury" apartment.

Beautiful relaxing stay

The apartment was beautiful and spacious with everything you needed for your stay - tea, coffee, sugar and milk as the property was a bonus. The bathroom was an amazing feature with a beautiful double jacuzzi bath with TV. Bed was very comfy, will definitely return

I booked a jacuzzi room off booking . Com please be careful as the red headboard is jacuzzi I’ve stayed before the palmed us off with a battle ship grey room No jacuzzi wernt happy never offered refund or anything it’s defo not what it was as I’ve stayed there lots in past but will defo not return was expensive as well £200 could have stayed in lakes and saved fuel from Lake District we never even stayed the night felt totally lied to and let down

A great place for our group of friends to stay when visiting our friends in poulton le fylde

We had to contact the property by phone to get key pad code due to not recieving the email on time. Twin beds would be nice especialy in the larger appartments because some people travel with family members and friends.

There wasn’t enough storage space in the bedroom, the TV is a bit out dated a smart TV would suit a 5 star rated apartment and the TV in the bathroom doesn’t work correctly.

The upscale interior design, the cleanliness of the apartments, and most importantly, right next to poulton le Fylde station. Shops and restaurants everywhere. Good location.

The bathroom should have more lighting and some floor mat to prevent slippery. Quite difficult to move luggages as no elevator to our apartment on second floor.

location in Poulton

car parking - it’s always a nightmare. there are 5 spaces and it’s first come first served. I got to the apartment at check in time and literally got the last space. the cost of the apartment should come with an allocated space. it’s very expensive for what it is. I was also allocated an apartment to the rear of the property - I was a solo female traveller - this meant accessing the apartment out of sight of the main road. Very scary doing so after midnight. found the bed in this apartment very uncomfortable.

Lovley apartment - have stayed before and we took friends this time

There was a problem with the Key code - we ended up with 2 codes - we got in with the first one but when I tried to open the door to the apartment it did not work? we had to wait on the landing for 15 mins before i got it sorted. Not good as we took friends this time

Breck Apts is perfect location next to the train symtation and cabbies. Lovely, super clean and well decorated, it has very nice views out the top apartments. There is absolutely no contact with the staff which was not so friendly . Poulton is a lovely and friendly place so it seemed a bit odd.
