Spacious, very clean and tidy and close to the event we were attending.
I mainly rented this house so my 82 year old mum could use the stair lift. Once there, there was a sign saying it can only be used by prior arrangement, and it was out of use. It never occurred to me that I would need to do this. It didn’t state this upon booking. As it was late at night I didn’t feel it appropriate to contact the owner and my mum really struggled.
The shower head also needs replacing as it doesn’t function properly.
There was a mild, musty cigarette-type smell despite it being a non-smoking property.

David messaged us beforehand with key access details, so that was nice. He had milk in the fridge waiting which was a nice touch. It was good value for money and it accepted pets too so we could bring our do with us.
Not the comfiest bed in double bedroom. Could also do with some extra pillows as the two in the bed were pretty flat. Maybe I just imagined it, but thought the place smelled of old people, perhaps just needs a freshen up.
