Good base for family/couple to attend family concerns

It was nice to have a private space to come back to after a tough day. The dog was comfortable here which made things easier Huge kitchen TV in every room

There was no washing up liquid so i had no choice but to use dishwasher fir two plates and cups. Found some bowls that were greasy Driveway very steep

Home from home with a hint of luxury!

Hot tub was good size and well maintained, heated ready for use. Towels provided was nice touch. Property was clean, host communicated well. Walk in Shower was a good size. Beds comfy plenty of pillows and blankets too.

One bathroom was a pain for group size. A larger mat by back door would be beneficial. Towels were provided by there was no bath mat. Driveway was quite small and steep not ideal for larger car. Astro turf is soggy if it’s been raining so reccomend taking flip flops for using hot tub.

I would say the professional photos make the property appear in better condition than it is. Single driveway and on street parking but apparent neighbours did not like the property being used as a rental and were aggressive when parking outside their house in another vehicle.

Lovely clean and modern house.

Great location in a really nice neighbourhood. Property was clean and modern, as was the hot tub outside. We were able to access the property early which was a bonus, the host communicated with us via whatsapp and responded straight away to our queries.

The only issue we faced was there only being 1 bathroom between 6 of us - perhaps a small toilet downstairs would be handy.

Very nice property, great that pets can come but there was an extra cost involved.

Location was good - a park at the end of the road to walk the dog. Close to the beach by car 5 minute drive. We liked the size of the property. Driveway for 1 car free parking was a bonus. We liked the hot tub in the garden. The garden was perfect for the dog. The walk in shower was big and very accessible especially as we travelled with an elderly family member. Nice open plan kitchen and the front room was comfortable.

No ariel for the TV's so couldn't watch TV unless you used the internet and apps. No washing machine to wash clothes. The bedroom door was really really squeaky and had used chewing gum on the hinge. We had to prop open the door to stop the noise. Maybe it just needs some WD40. The TV in the front room was positioned too high on the wall for the size of the room, we had to look up at the TV and that gave us a bit of a sore neck - if it was slightly lower then it would be much more comfortable to watch. Found the price slightly on the high side as we were not within walking distance of the beach but I guess it was ok as we had our dog with us and it suited the 4 of us that stayed in the house. Also, when I booked it said pets are welcome. But when I had paid, I was asked to pay £40 extra because I was bringing a pet. If that cost was explained upfront that would have been better.

Lovely place for a family break

The grandchildren loved the hot tub and good that towels were provided Bedrooms were a good size. Parking was a bonus. Good communication with the host. Grandchildren loved that they could hear the elephants!

Master bedroom could do with blackout blinds. Couldn't watch usual TV. Laminated floor in kitchen kept moving.

Lovely, family stay for a few days away in Blackpool

We usually stay in hotels so it was a nice change to stay somewhere different away from the main, busy areas of Blackpool. The house was a good size for a family of 5. It was well equipped and the hot tub was an added bonus!

We had a bit of trouble with the front door locking and unlocking but managed to work out a knack to it. Also I felt it could have done with some curtains up for a little bit more privacy in the bedrooms and a blind in the bathroom.

Lovely holiday home

A lovely holiday home which was comfortable and perfect for our short getaway. A short drive to all attractions. An excellent hot tub, plenty of towels and good facilities. Beds were very comfortable and bathroom was clean. Host communicated very well, and we had everything we needed.

The house was a little more well lived in that the photos suggested, but not bad! We had a great time regardless.

Clean, Tidy, Comfortable stay!

clean, tidy & had everything we needed. was within 10 minutes drive of all the attractions of Blackpool. my kids loved the hot tub. the host was easy to contact and responded promptly. also very accommodating when we asked to check in early and also when we had to leave earlier than planned.

none of the TV’s were tuned with standard digital channels. if you didn’t have Netflix, or catch up tv accounts there was no way to watch any tv programmes.
