Winter break near the beach

Very clean, modern with everything provided you need. The hosts were nearby if needed and friendly. The location is great for the beach and Cleveleys. We used the car to travel to Blackpool, St.Annes, and Fleetwood, but in the summer, you can use trams or buses, all within walking distance. We also had a day in the Lakes, about a 1.5hr drive away. Even in the winter, the beach is beautiful here, and we enjoyed sunset walks on dry days.

This apartment is on the seafront so it was very handy for a walk along the beach.

The location was good, a short walk to the nearest bus stop, my partner is disabled and uses a rollator and it took about 15 minutes to walk to the tram stop.

The kitchen is well equipped but the dining table was too small for four people, some foldable trays would be a good addition. Another door key would of been useful, there were four of us staying in the apartment.

The location is perfect. The accommodation is well maintained, clean and comfortable.

The only problem (slight) is that the WiFi connection isn’t good. It drops out frequently.

Absolutely lovley chilling place, with everything on you’re doorstep

Absolutely gorgeous property, beds so comfortable, a short stroll to the wonderful beach, the property couldn’t be in a better location, big TVs a well equipped kitchen and spotlessly clean and modern

Lovely holiday home away from home

Beautiful property located on the sea front - a few steps away to the sea and sand and a nearby cafe and bar. Also just a short 10 minute walk to the Main Street where all the shops/restaurants are located. The property we itself is tucked away at the end of 2 other rentals, with a lovely secluded outside area for our dog and for us to sit at, plenty of room for 3 adults, 2 children & a small dog. We didn’t feel like we were on top of each other and plenty of privacy. Spacious car park that can fit one car for each other the rental properties, no issues parking or driving away. Hosts were respectful of our privacy and if you needed anything they were happy to help Overall a very good holiday and we definitely be coming back again Kind Regards Wayne

A perfect, relaxing break in a beautiful, comfortable apartment right next to a dog friendly beach!!

There is nothing not to like about this property! It is a beautiful, modern apartment. When we arrived it was stunningly clean and smelt lovely and fresh. It has all the facilities and amenities you need. Literally everything! The bathroom was filled with big, fluffy towels. All the beds were so comfortable, including the sofa bed. The private little courtyard off the main bedroom was an unexpected surprise and was perfect for sitting out, also perfect because it was secure which meant the dog couldn’t escape! The location was just right for us as it is directly opposite a dog friendly beach. The owners were on hand to welcome us and were so helpful-they’ve even posted back an item that was left behind! I cannot recommend this place enough! I will definitely be returning.

Wish we lived here!

Love this place-we have been several times and always have a great time. Ideal for the beach for Poppy our cocker spaniel and within staggering distance of a great dog friendly pub. Give it a try you will love it.

A Perfect Getaway

Our second visit to the Pad and had a great time again. The property was ideal for both of us and Poppy the spaniel. Lovely, clean and modern property. Located right on the beach and minutes from a great dog friendly pub. The hosts were perfect and able to accommodate a couple of requests without any problem.

Ther is nothing here to dislike as it was our second visit and we have very high standards.
