Close to a vet which was really good as my dog took the end of her nail off while on the beach.
The cute little back garden is nice and cozy beautiful to sit in .

I know it's dog friendly, but the main bedroom smelt like dogs had been sleeping in the room wet it was over powering the smell all the other rooms were fine just that 1 bedroom maybe get rid of carpet in there

Finished to a high standard lovely and clean
Photos of property on website deceptive and assumed ground floor was the front window aspect, location of bins annoying as people taking several trips past our window, would have liked small private gate to keep dogs safe
