Good space and comfortable beds. We didn't spend a lot of time in the property, but it suited our needs. Close to where we needed to be. Games room was a novelty.
Upstairs shower drain blocked. The property could do with a deep clean, a lick of paint and carpet sorted on the stairs. Paid for 12pm check-in, but had to request the key access code, which wasn't issued until approx. 12:20.

The size of the accommodation was great, beds were comfy.

The property was excellent for a family of 7. Close to the tram and bus stops. It is located in the town centre so the location is excellent for shops , cafes and takeaways. The house itself is very cosy and has excellent facilities. Each room has a tv and there is a bar in the kitchen and garden. The kitchen has everything you could need and is the first place we have been that actually has an air fryer. For the price we paid we could not have booked anything that was better value or suited us better.
The games room is a great plus for this house and part of the reason we booked it. Unfortunately the pool cues and most of the darts were broken, no doubt previous guest have ruined them. But it did take away from the experience a little.
