Lovely bright modern property with lots of space. Excellent value for money, everything was fresh and spotlessly clean. Great space upstairs for teenagers. Handy location, close enough for all the amenities in Blackpool but a much quieter option than staying in the town. Great communication with the owners if you need anything.
Don't leave the key in the key safe when you're inside the house or you'll be locked in! We had to be rescued! It would be great to have some black out curtains as the bedrooms were very bright in the mornings. Maybe provide a lamp in the lounge and a long mirror somewhere. Bedside sockets not working in main bedroom.

Warm and cozy. Sky TV and arcade game is a lovely touch. Plenty towels.
No en-suite and no bath for kids. Oven hob didn’t work properly.

It needs to be noted that access to the upstairs you need to go through the single bedroom

Excellent property as described. Exceptionally clean, very comfy beds, well appointed, quiet and so handy to walk 5 minutes into centre of Poulton. We stopped for a nearby wedding at the River Barn.
