Location.
Apartment ideal for short or long stays. Easy access to facilities and public transport if required.
Safe and secure .
Furniture and furnishings comfortable and modern easy on the eye.
Clean .
There is no power point in the bathroom or near the mirror in the bedroom. Venetian blind in kitchen was hard to operate ok if you are tall. Minor dislikes should be easy to fix.Pity the view wasn't the best.

Was in a lovely location on the front
The view from the window,would’ve liked a sea view. Apartment was great the only thing would be to have a plug near the mirror to do my hair

Incredibly well maintained
Excellent kitchen with lots of crockery, cutlery, glasses and utensils
Very modern, comfortable and bright.
Very comfortable bed.
Lovely, large, fluffy towels.
The tea, coffee, sugar and fresh milk was a nice touch
Excellent, large shower with loads of hot water
Shaver socket and towel/gown hooks in the shower would be good
Stool for the dressing table would save taking a chair through from the lounge / dining area.

Property was clean and accessible but only on parking bay for numerous flats.
No washing machine or drier. Poor parking availability and badly serviced by management.
