Would not stay again!!!!

Property was clean and accessible but only on parking bay for numerous flats.

No washing machine or drier. Poor parking availability and badly serviced by management.

Lovely apartment, gorgeous decor & very spacious. The host was very helpful and fast responding. I love that there was multiple bathrooms all with showers , great when sharing with multiple people! The apartment had a great range of utensils and even catered for kids with plastic plates / cups / cutely etc! Very clean and welcoming , I would definitely stay here again. !

Lovely two night stay in Salty Puffin with Family

We booked a two night stay here while attending a dance comp in Blackpool. The apartment was easy to find and access and we found it warm and cosy and clean. There was plenty of space and good amenities. Beds were comfy and we slept very well. The shower was very good. The view of Morcambe Bay was lovely. Parked the car on the driveway and used public EV chargers that were very near.

Fantastic apartment for a family of 6 adults and 4 children. So much space for everyone to feel comfortable for a long weekend. Plenty of entertaining spaces to sit together and eat together. Children loved the bespoke bunk beds. Spotlessly clean and lovely modern decor. The games room was a big hit with kids and adults alike. Everyone had said how wonderful the apartment was and if we visit the area again we would definitely look to stay here. Gorgeous sea view and children’s park and cafe across the street which unfortunately due to the storms we couldn’t make the most of. Would very happily recommend.

Avoid this place at all costs!!!!!!!

Nothing at all.

We would never stay here again and would advise you to avoid it at all costs!! Martin and Co who manage this apartment, failed to ensure a safe environment for us, due to the riff raff tenants above us, there were at least 10 people in the flat above, is this even legal!? All evening until late we incurred running, jumping and constant banging from these tenants, I had to go ask them to reduce the noise at 21.00 hours as my child couldn't sleep, the noise then increased, with one male then going to his car turning the stereo on full blast and flashing his car lights! How immature! This behaviour gives you a good indication of the mentality of this group of people. This was the first night. Yes unfortunately I paid for two nights. It was apparent that there was no or very little sound proofing between the flats! The 2nd day, we woke up in the morning with more noise, constant banging and stomping. That night more terrible noise banging and stomping, I contacted Martin and Co, who then contacted the tenants, however this didn't help in fact it became much worse, with two females from the above flat knocking on the door being very confrontational, shouting and angry as I had quite rightly reported them! I informed Martin and Co about the two females at the door and confirmed that we felt unsafe in the property and stated that I may have to call the police as I was very concerned about our safety I was also a female alone with a child. We then had to endure an increased amount of constant banging, jumping and stomping that evening, which of course was all very deliberate and intentional. We hardly had any sleep. To date Martin and Co have failed to contact me!!!! I highly recommend that you stay somewhere else!!

Special and memorable, the perfect getaway for the family

We stayed here as a family of 10. Six adults and four children. Communication from the hosts was excellent throughout, and made it an easy, no-stress holiday. The apartments are directly opposite a children's park and wellbeing walk along the prom. The sunsets were spectacular across the sea, and the sand was soft and plentiful (the beach is so vast). There was crazy golf, and boules, as well as a fenced in grass area for ball games and badminton. We played these during the evenings. The apartment itself was light, spacious and very clean. Within our group of 10, we had two families and a set of grandparents, so everyone had their own bathroom with shower, and four good sized bedrooms. The kids loved the bunk beds. The windowseat dining area was beautiful, for playing board games, drawing and crafting, as well as eating and chatting (whilst people watching!) The hosts provided us with washing up liquid, cooking oil, chocolates, tea/coffee/sugar, wipes, spray, kitchen roll, toiletries, hand soap, toilet roll, bin bags etc. Anything we had forgotten to bring- they seemed to have. They provided tabletop games, and obviously the games room was a huge hit with both adults and children. Loads of free parking all along the prom opposite the apartment meant that we could nip oit and know that we could get a space more or less directly outside the property. ASDA was a three minute drive down the road, so we bought most of our food from there instead of bringing it from North Wales. Blackpool was less than half an hour away, with plenty of attractions, although Fleetwood Museum was fascinating and only a short walk along the promenade. We had a really special memorable stay, thank you.

Lovely place, definitely recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful apartment, very clean with all mod cons. Coffee, tea bags and sugar aswell as washing up products/dettol wipes etc. were all available. Plenty of space for a family of 4.

Pillows were all very hard. Only other very minor points that would help improve would be a pizza tray & cutter and some larger bowls to cook things in the microwave.

Inadequate description for location of key box. The front door was open when we arrived and we were looking inside to the left of the stairs. The instruction would be better if it was “To the left of outside steps”

Another lovely stay at the Sandpiper

The key was easy to get

The fact that if the battery in the key mechanism failed on the apartment door after office hours, who would help us and how would we get into our room? Also having the information a bit earlier that 2pm would be helpful.

Modern, clean, comfortable apartment with lovely views and a fabulous shower :)

Top floor apartment with great views and sunsets, Modern, bright, clean and spacious. Comfortable beds and settee - bunk room was a hit with the grandchildren - as was the large tv also in that room. Lovely touches with the tea coffee, milk and sugar sachets. Cleaning products under the sink and access to a hoover if needed. Oven and hob looked great though I didn't use it as I was on holiday so we ate out - Aldi and Asda near by. There's a park across the road and the beach just in front of that. Tram station a short stroll along the apartment and takes you to Blackpool in just under an hour (many stops) which was fun and not expensive. Lifeboat station was just up from the tram and next to that an ice cream shop/cafe, with a small arcade approx 100 yards further down. Parking on the road nearby.

Apartment being on the top floor there are four flights of stairs to climb - two long and two shorter ones - think it would be helpful to mention this in the property description. Two other things - no where to put/dry the damp towels after a shower, maiden or airer would solve that and the blind in the bunk room did not close - not an issue if you want to star gaze but for getting excited children to sleep its a must.

Lovely comfortable stay, clean great position, the Sandpiper met all our needs and more.

Clean and spacious, with a lovely sea view. We found it to be in an excellent location near both bus and tram stops. We also thought it had plenty of storage and hanging space for our clothes and just enough utensils and crockery in the kitchenette. The cleaning cloths and sundries were good to have for use in the kitchen. The bathroom was spacious with a lovely walking shower and storage too for toiletries. Plenty of towels for our stay was good also. We will definitely be returning in the future.

With such a wonderful sea view the blinds should be a little easier to open on arrival. We thought the cords were a bit short and difficult to fully pull the blinds up. Opening the slats was easy but you couldn’t see the view as good as when the blinds are fully pulled up which needs addressing.

Everything was freshly renovated and new. Kitchen and lounge space was great. Comfy and welcoming.

There were no soaps/toiletries in the bathroom which was a bit strange. There was a basket in the downstairs hallway that was a 'help yourself ' to toiletries situation..... and it was of course empty.

Très bien et possédait tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour un court séjour

L’emplacement était parfait pour la compétition de danse de notre fille au Marine Hall qui se trouve à 2-3 minutes à pied de l’appartement. L’appartement est propre, avec une belle vue sur la mer et assez de lit pour une famille nombreuse. Vous pouvez vous fier aux photos, elles sont réaliste des lieux.

Les oreillers étaient trop ferme. Beaucoup de chiasse d’oiseaux dans les fenêtres, ce qui gâchait la belle vue.
