The manager of the property Harris & Co was very helpful and assisted with what was missing. The property seems safe and is decently comfortable. Appliances are available and the manager tries to make it special which is appreciable.
The neighbourhood doesn't seem that safe.

Modern decor, spotlessly clean, great shower, ideal location for our needs
Nothing. My only criticism is being woken up by the sound of seagulls cawing and pigeons cooing first thing in the morning, but this is to be expected whilst at the coast

Convenient for our needs
Oven not very clean. Bedding tired, had some tears in it. Bed wobbly.

Property was clean and accessible but only on parking bay for numerous flats.
No washing machine or drier. Poor parking availability and badly serviced by management.
