Charming House at the Beach

We stayed here as part of our Spain trip and really enjoyed the location right by Malvarrosa Beach. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space for our family. The view overlooking the beach was fantastic, and it was easy to walk out for a morning stroll or spend time on the sand.Communication with the host was straightforward, and check-in went smoothly once we were able to meet. The apartment had everything we needed, including good Wi-Fi which was important since I had to work remotely during part of our stay. Grocery stores and cafés are within walking distance, which made meals and stocking up on essentials very convenient.We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a beach-focused stay in Valencia.

The accommodation was comfortable and clean. As others have said the shower was not ideal, the angle of the shower head meant for an awkward shower - especially for the shorter members of the family. The location was perfect, public transport to city was very regular and reliable. The beach and beach area was lovely, good restaurants and a lovely walk up the seafront. The courtyard garden was a lovely spot to sit in, kitchen was exactly what we needed. There were a group of men sat outside the garage downstairs by the front door everyday, they didn’t not cause any bother but listening to music and chatting right under the main balcony window.

The beach house was very nice for this week in Valencia. We were two couples: my husband and I, my brother and his wife.There were three bedrooms: a master double, a medium twin and a smaller one with one bed. Nice storage space. The beds were made when we arrived.There were towels for everyone, but we washed them halfway through in the washing machine in the kitchen annex.We didn't have the same shower times, so having only one (small) bathroom was ok. The toilet is also in the bathroom, but that wasn't a major problem :-) Otherwise nice little kitchen. If I had to advise, take a few dishwasher tablets (we bought them on site) and the ice cubes were made in "plastic ice cube bags", which are a bit complicated to unmould, so we used the ice cube moulds on site one that my mom, who lives nearby, lent me and I left at the beach house.Other than that: TB air conditioning and Wifi too.A word of warning: the beach house is on the first floor, after having to climb some fifteen steps.Perfect for those who want to go to the beach across the street

You couldn’t ask for a more centralized location to stay in Valencia. Walk out the door, restaurant two steps away, bar for drinks, and the beach is basically at your doorstep as well. Easy to get around the city. Wonderful place to stay.
