W trakcie naszego pobytu trwał remont w budynku obiektu - wielokrotnie mijaliśmy robotników pracujących w obiekcie. Okropnie głośne hałasy wiercenia zaczynały się już od samego rana, nawet przed godziną 8:00 (mamy nagrania). Jak można się domyślić nie jest to coś czego oczekuje się od wyjazdu na wakacje w celu wypoczynku. Konieczność zrobienia remontu jest w 100% zrozumiała ale uczciwy właściciel poinformował by swoich gości przed przyjazdem o zaistniałej sytuacji i dał wybór czy ktoś decyduje się na takie warunki czy też nie.

Die Lage ist super! Man ist gleich am Strand aber auch schnell in der Stadt.

Durch die Nähe zum Strand ist es manchmal aufgrund von Partys laut. Und die Wände sind sehr dünn. Der Code für die Tür hat nicht gleich funktioniert, und wurde aber schnell geholfen.

Great location for Valencia beach, clean smart apartment

An alarm.was bleeping constantly from locked cupboard inside of property for first 5 days and nights not stop. This was audible on 2nd floor and particularly annoying at night when trying to sleep. Reported this but nothing was done. Only stopped on last day followung full-blown fire alarm going off.
