El apartamento nos encantó! Súper bonito y muy cómodo! Además de ofrecer la cocina y la lavadora pues le da muchísimos puntos! Otra cosa que nos ha encantado es que tienes todo muy cerca, la playa a unos cuantos minutos caminando y sobre todo las tiendas para comprar todo lo que necesitas! El servicio del staff es increíble, súper amable y muy atentos. 100% recomendable! :) Pd: Recomendamos que vayan a monkee café, tienes unos desayunos y un café buenísimo.

had a very pleasant stay and would happily recommend this accommodation. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the beach in Cabanyal, which is a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of cafés, restaurants and local character. As a wheelchair user, I found the studio well suited to my needs. The bathroom includes a roll in shower, shower chair and a grab rail by the toilet. Although it is a studio apartment rather than a hotel room, there was sufficient space to move around comfortably in my wheelchair. The host was also very thoughtful and kindly left a bottle of water and some coffee for my arrival, which was much appreciated after travelling. Overall, a comfortable, well located and accessible place to stay in Valencia.

There are no grab rails in the shower room and the position of glass partition might make it slightly more difficult depending on the guests level of mobility. It worked well for me.

Very well-equipped apartment, clean and comfortable. Great location, close to public transport, the beach, shops, and bars. Everything was exactly as described, and communication with the host was easy and pleasant. Early check-in was also a big advantage and very much appreciated. I hope to come back again in the future. Highly recommended! 😊
