Many things: - the main door is very very old and wind and bugs can come easily . - the 2 small bad rooms are very small and without air conditioning, so it is very hard to stay on it. In one of them the bad was staying in the door open range. - in all bad room the furniture is very old. - in the main bad room, the bathroom looks fine in the picture but the reality is different. looking closely everywhere you can see old holes , nothing is working like before. - for a 11 years old child the door on the bad room was impossible to close. - the small bad rooms don’t have the sun light, just a small round window which is communicating with the main corridor. - the kitchen hood was not working at wall. - the veranda door was a really disaster, not even possible to close it, anyone could come from outside in the appartement. - if you keep close the appartement one entire day you can easily smell the MOLD. - 12 hours before entry the landlord called me to switch the location with another property due to some bugs problem saying that they’re coming when the windows are open. I said no, because I will take care. And indeed we find 4 big bugs inside the house. One in the parental bathroom, 2 in the main bedroom and one in the corridors. It was not so nice, and finally we switched for the last 2 days with another apparent. The landlord said it is 200 m away from the beach but it was 400 m away. We. didn’t had 2 bathroom and somewhere around 70 square meters ( not 100 m like the one we rented). We accepted because it had air conditioning in all bedrooms and it was in a good condition. The landlord helped us to move with his cars.
