We had a great stay at Hotel Firststay Hongdae! The location is excellent and the rooms are very comfortable. We especially appreciated their deep cleaning policy during our stay, it was great knowing our room was so thoroughly taken care of while we were there. A special shoutout to Jenny, who was incredibly helpful, friendly, and made our visit even more memorable with her wonderful hospitality. We would definitely stay here again when visiting Seoul.

The Hotel Firststay Hongdae is located just a super short 3 mins walk to the Sinchon Station Exit 3/4. Only 1 station away from the bustling Hongdae.
Just outside of the hotel, there's 2 convenient stores open 24 hours. The room has strong air condition & hot shower & bath for a good soak after a long day out. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially Yuri & Jenny. They helped me with check out & luggage storage. I will definitely come back when I'm in Seoul again.

We had a wonderful stay here! The location is excellent, just a 3-minute walk from Sinchon Station, with plenty of shops, cafes and eateries right around the corner, making it very convenient to explore Seoul.
The staff were the highlight of our stay. Everyone spoke very good English and were consistently cheerful, friendly and helpful. They were always happy to assist whenever we needed anything and made us feel very welcome throughout our stay.
Overall, a very comfortable and convenient hotel with excellent service and a fantastic location. We would definitely stay here again!
