Stay Log in Shinchon Hongdae

1. 有免費瓶裝水、有飲水機可以裝水 2. 房間冰箱是有上下層的中型冰箱，可以冰的東西的量跟尺寸跟類型比較多元 3. 樓下就是滿滿餐廳的區域，附近幾間都不錯吃 4. 門口自助寄放行李是一排腳踏車鎖，自由使用比較不擔心幾點一定要回來拿行李，甚至看到有人似乎寄放過夜 5. 房間很乾淨、寢具感覺都很新、插座量很充足、吹風機很好用、也有很多鉤子跟衣架可以吊掛衣服 6. 公共區看起來有毛巾、瓶裝水、耳塞可以自由取用 7. 床頭也有插座跟床頭燈 8. 往返新村地鐵站不到3min，位置非常方便

1. 只有樓梯，建議是行李不重的比較適合入住 2. 浴室沒乾濕分離 3. 房間空間不大，門口落塵區脫了鞋就很難開門 4. 浴室淋浴的水溫會有一點忽冷忽熱 5. 自助入住要掃所有旅客證件，對單獨一人先抵達辦理checkin的人來說不太友善，建議準備一下旅伴的護照照片備用

位置交通在新村非常方便，自助式辦理，用類似腳踏車鎖的方式寄放行李，有一個小的公共空間還不錯，附近很熱鬧，樓下有很多間超商。 房間乾淨，有附充電線、平板燙，LED 控制的頂燈還不錯！整體還 OK

• 樓下入口處，晚上有一點恐怖，梯間有點暗，另外沒有電梯，需要扛行李的準備。 • 在鬧區隔音不是太好。 • 衛浴乾淨但是很小間。 • 我是一人入住雙人床房，但是房間有一點小，如果兩個行李箱應該會很難開和整理。

My room was Deluxe Double Room. Location: The location of the hostel was great. It's within Sinchon area which is a school area, so there are Karaoke, photo shops, supermarkets, bubble tea, Daiso, fast food and restaurants in the area. It's just a short 3 min walk to Line 2 Sinchon subway station (1 stop from Hongdae). There are also a number of buses that goes to other central/touristy areas of Seoul. Safety: Self check-in with passport. Your room card is needed to enter the corridor and enter your room. Facility/Amenities: Provided mini fridge, water, bedroom slippers, bathroom slippers, towels, body soap, shampoo and hand wash, hairdryer, hair straightener. There's a kitchen on level 3 with a microwave and water etc. Cleanliness: The room was very clean. There was not a single hair on the bedding. No grime in the toilet either. I also saw the staff cleaning the other rooms after other guests had checked out and he vacuumed the room and removed old bedding into laundry bags. P.S. Texting the hostel number for enquiries is quicker than leaving a message on Booking.com

Location/Safety: Lights at the staircase could be brighter at night. Entrance of the hostel was rather dingy. Some people smoking and hanging around the entrance area at night due to late night restaurants in the vicinity. Facility: It's a small hostel, therefore there's no lift which I am aware of before booking it. Recommended for travellers with small luggage (my medium-sized luggage was a whopping 20kg and I stayed on level 4). If you have multiple, or heavy luggage, the walk up would be a work out. My room was Deluxe Double Room, meant for up to 2pax but I think space is quite tight for 1 person with 1 luggage. The bathroom was very small, thankfully the bathroom was also very clean so it didn't feel uncomfortable. I do wish there was more counter space or additional hooks for clothes (they only had a towel bar above the toilet bowl). Price: It was pricey for a small room with no lift. I paid around 180,000won a night. I booked it at the last minute so that might have raised prices.
