    Had a wonderful stay for 2 nights. Check in process was straightforward. It was nice to have breakfast included. Location was convenient and close to subway stop.

    Self check-in convenient. Clean and comfortable. Breakfast and amenities were a nice added touch. My only complaint was weak WiFi, but we didn’t really need it so it was okay. We would stay here again. Thank you.

    The facility provides a lot of wonderful amenities (free coffee in the lounge area, free laundry, self service kitchen with basic breakfast items, toiletries, and chargers/ converters). My main complaint is that our bathroom smelled like sewage, which really spoiled our experience, and there was no way to address it apart from contacting the facility via chat which provided an AI response. There is no front desk or a human person who can facilitate a room change., etc. I did speak with the cleaning person who provided Febreze. I spoke with two other guests who did not have the same problem, so perhaps it was unique to room 405.
