Serena and all other staff members were all very helpful, kind and available until late (11pm). The room was clean and toiletries are provided if necessary. Very close to the nearest subway station (Sinchon 3min) and to Hongdae (10min).

My husband and I went back to Seoul and decided to stay in Sinchon/Hongdae area as this is less touristy. We are glad to have chosen Nesto Hongdae as our base on our return trip. We agree with the other reviews that Nesto has clean rooms and facilities. The location is supreme. The staff speak fluent English and are caring and accommodating. The rooms were comfortable to stay in. We loved our stay and we recommend it to anyone who would like to stay in this area.

Stayed here for two nights only, but would consider booking here again if I’m back! Premises were generally clean (much cleaner than another one I was staying nearby with a friend for 3 nights). Reception was friendly and can speak English too.
