Great location, spacious room, and a nice peaceful neighborhood. The hotel is close to both Jongno and Anguk Stations, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. The room was clean and comfortable. Although there was no staff on-site, they were easily reachable by phone and very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location. So close to so many things to do. It's a bit of a hassle trying to figure out how to check in since it's all done via kiosk. But once you get in, it's pretty smooth sailing. And messaging staff via their site you'll get a response pretty quick.

There isn’t really staff to talk about here. You check in on a kiosk, and leave when you’re checking out.
The rooms are a great size and beds comfortable especially for the price. Just a note though, you can’t flush anything including toilet paper down the toilet, so that’s a little awkward.
Bonus is the great restaurant GDB on the bottom floor connected to the hotel. Highly recommend.

Looks nice aesthetically and has basic facilities. Also a very quiet location so it’s still a distance to the train station. Completely self service check in and did not see any staff. Great thing is that they have complimentary laundry service. Room had hair and dust around and the pillow was too soft. But overall, an okay stay
