    I stayed for 16 nights. It provided a quiet space to rest and its in a great location. Its only 4min away from the station and few minutes away from a bus station, so it was easy to travel a round. There are restaurants/laundromat, cafes, shopping area and CU mart all in a walking distance. However, I noticed that the place wasn't clean from day one, there was hair/small insects and debris on the floor and tables. Even when I asked for room service (you have to ask the front desk for it) it wasn't cleaned properly. There was no wardrobe or iron and since I was staying for long that was a problem for me, but not necessary for someone staying for short time. otherwise, it was safe, I have left my laptop/purchases and everything stayed where it was.

    the room is new and clean, and the decoration is good. the bed and towels are clean. there is a large tv with netflix and many other platform. But there are some tiny fly, may come from the plants. also the water temperature for shower is not very stable, but this is not a big problem during summer. overall the room is more than acceptable and the location is good and safe.

    The hotel is located along a hilly alley, so while there are multiple subway exits and intersections nearby, getting to and from the station can still be quite tiring. I wouldn’t recommend staying here if you’re travelling with a lot of luggage. It might have been due to the summer weather, but there was a noticeable sewage smell along the surrounding streets. Thankfully, the room itself was clean. The only issue I encountered was that one of the pillowcases had a few small blood stains. I simply didn’t use it and was too tired to request a replacement from reception. Do remember to bring your own toothbrush, as one isn’t provided. One thing that surprised me was the luggage storage policy. The hotel allows you to store your luggage before check-in, but not after check-out. If you need to leave your bags after checking out, you’ll have to rent a locker elsewhere. I’m not sure if this is a common practice in Seoul, but it’s something I’m personally not used to and worth keeping in mind.
