Benroe House 5 Bedrooms

An excellent well maintained property on a stunning location. The communication from the host was excellent. The house is immaculate, the linen was clean and fresh, would highly recommend this property.

Few of the toilets in the house had no locks. I guess owner should consider installing the locks. The information provided about the key box was wrong. The key box is in front of the house. Not at the back.

Beautiful setting and scenery, not too far from Killybegs by taxi. Plenty of space to accommodate for our large family celebration. Clean bed linen and towels.

When we arrived at the property, it seemed that it hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned in weeks. Dust and cobwebs in all the bedrooms, along with a very unpleasant odour in both the kitchen and living area. We spent 2 hours cleaning when we checked in, ahead of the rest of our group arriving. The smell lingered all weekend, despite our cleaning. The upstairs shower stopped working multiple times (the host warned us about this before our stay) and one of the shower heads was broken so you had to hold it up during use. It’s a real shame that we had these issues because the house is beautiful and has the potential to be fantastic!
