Loved the cabin and the restaurant was fantastic.
I believe its meant for longer stays, which we only did one night, the staff seemed off put that we were there for so short of an amount of time. It was very warm when we first got there, as the windows were all closed but the curtains were wide open. It cooled off at night once we had the windows open.

We loved our wee stay at Dulrush.
The location was great. Felt good being so close to nature.
The staff were so friendly and kind. The food in the Wild Stag restaurant was so tasty. Lovely atmosphere.
The Lodge accommodation was ok. Separate bedrooms and bathrooms were a bonus. Everything you need for a short stay.
So much potential.
The outside areas of Dulrush appeared uninviting and unfinished.
The spa areas appeared unkempt.
The Lodge itself was ok. More thorough cleaning required as dog hair from previous lodgers was apparent.

Private location, well facilitated, exceptionally clean and great facilities.
Rabbits in front lawn every morning and gardening well maintained, easy walk to lake and jetty.
Kids loved having own room with en-suite

Gorgeous location, kids loved that we were staying in a ‘log cabin’ and could bring our dog. Very comfortable, Two bedrooms were on suite. We stayed for a week, great base for exploring the local area and beaches, kitchenette had everything we needed to make our own meals & packed lunches for days out, but we also ate in the onsite restaurant two evenings- food was superb. We didn’t get to use the boats due to windy and wet weather but was the perfect excuse to relax and read a book in the cosy cabin. Kids had access to WiFi so everyone remained happy:)
Nothing.

Host is very lovely and food is delicious. The lake view is amazing with very calming surroundings.
The lodges were not well-cleaned. The beds and sofas were very dusty. It was very uncomfortable to sleep most esp for guests with dust allergy.

The location, only a little over an hour from Derry. Very easy to get to.
The whole set up was just amazing, like a little piece of Heaven on Earth.
Rural, peaceful, exactly what we expected when we booked the 'Fisherman's Lodge' for our Son's 21st birthday celebration.
Our Lodge was facing the Lough, so beautiful, peaceful views where our Son fished successfully given the weather, which wasn't great while there, but we're used to that in Ireland!
A fantastic Restaurant and Spa facilities available on the entrance to the site.
We didn't eat at Restaurant because it was closed earlier mid week but called in several times during our stay and the food looked great and the staff were extremely friendly and hospitality was top quality!
We availed of Spa facilities which were a lovely way to end our stay on our last night and the Hot Tub is amazing too!
The Lodge had everything we needed, we were self catering, but all that is required was supplied.
Lovely, cosy, homely and warm.
Rooms were a great size, lovely quirky decor and hand painted fishing wall murals in our lodge.
A good night's sleep was had also.
Plus, all basic hygiene products and towel provision which helps when you may have forgotten something.
Bridie, James, Natasha and the team were so accommodating and helpful, we will definitely return to this very family friendly spot.
We didn't stay long enough or get to avail of the Bar /Restaurant facilities which was our own choice but next time we will have to make sure we do.
There is ongoing improvement and building work to an up and coming function room which will be amazing once complete and we'd love to see that all once finished too.
So nothing to complain about or say we disliked.
If you are looking for somewhere to escape with forest walks, fresh air and fishing this is perfect for you.
Our children are grown but it is a safe, open space (asides from the obvious areas like the jetty etc.)
Belleek and Enniskillen Town are a drive away, the Belleek factory is well worth a visit too!
Thanks so much for your hospitality Bridie, James and team, we hope to return in the near future!

Every year we like to stay in unique places. Dulrush chalets fitted this theme. It was clean, comfortable and staff were very friendly.
Parts of grounds could have been a bit better, over grown . Not that this was a issue.
